After a day of exploring the surrounding trails and mountains, relax on your private back deck and listen to the soothing sounds of Strawberry Creek. Or relax inside and read or play board games by the fire. Key Features: Spacious Layout: 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and 1 full bath + a twin air mattress for a 5th guest. A dining room opens to a large deck overlooking Strawberry Creek. Private Entrance and Driveway: Enjoy complete privacy and convenience with your own entrance and driveway. Prime Location: Located right on the creek trail and within walking distance to downtown Idyllwild, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Comfortable Climate: Stay warm on cool evenings by the wood-burning fireplace (and central heat) or cool down on these last warm summer days with the mini-split air conditioning. Well-Equipped Kitchen and BBQ: Enjoy cooking up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling outdoors on the propane BBQ. Unit A is also available for rent and can be combined with Unit B for larger groups.

House Rules

Please be respectful of the neighbor in the adjacent cabin, as well as the other neighbors on the street and in the surrounding area. This is a quiet community and noise, in general, travels much farther and easier in the woods! As our guests, please be mindful of making excessive noise, especially after 10pm on any day. Our cabin is on Pine Dell, which is a private street right on Strawberry Creek and walking distance to town. Idyllwild has some amazing restaurants for every type of budget and cuisine. Ferro offers amazing Italian and wood fired pizzas. Check out Idyology for eclectic American. Hit up the Brewpub for a cold beer and pub fare. Plus many more! Don't miss out grabbing a hot drink and warm pastry at Alpaca, Higher Grounds or Black Mountain Roasting. Forgot something? Pick up anything you need from one of the markets in town - the Idyllwild Village Market offers craft and speciality items, the Fairway Market is a larger chain grocery store, and Miss Sunshine's has a wide range of food and retail items. Not to miss are the shops! Check out Wildland, Speakeasy Books, Mike's Leatherworks, Remember When Toy Store...and more in town center!

Lovely location, backing directly on to Strawberry Creek. It was only a short walk into town along a very picturesque path. The cabin was well equipped. It was a really nice touch to have a Christmas tree in the lounge and the open fire place was ideal for adding atmosphere and warmth.

Perfect location, peacefully located on strawberry creek but walkable to everything in town. Can’t beat it!! The unit was exactly as described with a fully equipped kitchen, good layout, and plenty of linens and blankets. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Wanted to take my mom somewhere special, this was the perfect find. It was as if we stepped into a fairytale. Surrounded by beautiful trees, flowing stream, nice walking path through the forest all breathtaking. Yet a quick walk or drive to the most beautiful little town with plenty of places to eat and a variety of little shops. Also extremely close to an amazing park for those that have littles. Such an amazing cabin, cozy, spacious and everything so clean. The beds we so comfy, I love Nespresso, extra towels, linens and pillows. Heat lamp in the bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. Truly a stunning location, I immediately wished my entire family was there to enjoy. Spencer is an amazing host, great directions and communication. Thank you Spencer, my mom and I had a very special weekend. I am hoping to return with my grandies, I know they will love it also.

The cabin was centrally located in Idyllwild, while still feeling private and beautiful. Steps down from the deck is Strawberry Creek with a sweet trail that leads into town. Lots of gray squirrels and pretty birds to watch. Everything in the cabin is easy to operate and find. The beds were comfy and there's well working central heating. I'd definitely stay here again.
